1. Shipping Coverage 

We currently ship orders across India to all serviceable pin codes. 

2. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within Three (3) business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been dispatched. 

3. Delivery Timelines 

Delivery times may vary based on your location: 

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days 

- Tier 2/3 cities and remote areas: 5–8 business days 

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, logistics, or government restrictions, may occur. 

4. Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be subject to specific terms and conditions. 

5. Tracking Orders 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can use these details to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website. 

6. Delivery Attempts 

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package to the provided address up to three (3) times. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or non-availability, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges. 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In the case of a lost package, we will work with our logistics

partner to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds will be processed based on the outcome of the investigation.
